Ingredients

1/3 qt. brandy
1 tsp. whole cloves or 1/2 tsp. ground
2 sticks cinnamon
few grains salt
2 qt. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice or 1/2 tsp. ground
2 slices lemon
Preparation

Pour brandy
and
cider into large coffee pot.\tCombine remaining
ingredients
and
pour
into the percolator basket. Perk until done.
Makes 9 to 10 cups of cider.
