Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) chocolate pieces
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Preparation
    Put chocolate pieces and milk in a bowl.
    Microwave, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Stir.
    Add another 30 seconds if needed.
    Stir in almond extract.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
    Dip with bananas, strawberries, pound cake, pineapple or apples.
