Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

In a bowl, beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add pecans and mix until nuts are covered.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in
a small bowl and pour over pecans. Stir well with wooden spoon until pecans are coated.
