Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tenderloin tips, cut in 2-inch strips
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms or small can
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 (10 oz.) cans beef broth
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute tips in butter; add flour and brown.
    Add hot beef stock and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Reduce wine and vinegar to 1/2 and add to above.
