Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced raw apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dust apples, raisins and nuts with some of the flour; set aside.
Blend oil, sugar and slightly beaten eggs; set aside. Sift together flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture and add vanilla.
Fold in coated apples, nuts and raisins; pour into a 10-inch greased tube pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
