Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    1/4 c. or so water (if dough gets too thick for mixer)
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Fold in pecans and apples.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until cake is done.
