Rolls With Gold Medal Flour - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    scalded milk (do not boil)
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix
    all with flour.
    May have to add a little more flour but make a soft dough.
    Knead real good.
    Put in a greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in bulk, about
    1 hour.
    Work down and make into rolls.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
