Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boil-in-bag rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. ham or other meat, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 egg, scrambled
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed.
    Set aside to drain.
    Put veggies in skillet with small amount of oil.
    Stir fry.
    Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Add rice.
    Stir fry until hot.
    Ready to eat.
