Gail'S Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
    8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    4 eggs
    1/2 pt. half and half
    1 1/4 c. Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust.
    Cook in 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
