Meat, Potato, Egg Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. hash browns (frozen)
    4 to 6 eggs
    4 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    ham or sausage
    green pepper (optional)
    tomatoes (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook hash browns according to directions.
    Beat desired amount of eggs with 2 teaspoons water, then pour over potatoes.
    Cook eggs, turning 1 to 3 times.
    When eggs are done, put cheese on top.
    Cover pan to melt cheese.
    Cook in 12 x 14-inch skillet. Five eggs will serve 4 people, 4 to 6 ounce portions.
