Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except apples and pecans, mix well. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake in well greased tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes.
Cool in pan. May serve with whipped cream.
