Potato And Ham Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
1 lb. potatoes (3 c.)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
5 c. milk (skim or whole)
3 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. cooked ham (1 3/4 c.)
1 c. corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Potatoes may be red skinned or other thin skinned; cut in 1/2-inch chunks.
Ham is fully cooked, smoked and cut in small chunks.
Corn may be fresh, canned or frozen.
