Chinese Country Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. country style or spareribs
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 clove crushed garlic
Preparation
-
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic.
Brush both sides of ribs.
Place in crock-pot.
Pour in remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low, 8 to 10 hours.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
