Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced and drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
    In a jar or small bowl, combine sugar and oil.
    Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
