Carrots A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut into sticks and cooked
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    dash of ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and sugar in small saucepan.
    Pour in orange juice and mix well.
    Heat, stirring until thickened.
    Stir in butter and ginger.
    Pour over cooked carrots.
