Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes, peeled
    4 medium onions
    5 to 6 medium bell peppers
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. fresh jalapenos
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers through food grinder.
    Add seasonings and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer about 1 hour, stirring often.
    Pour in pint jars and seal in hot water bath.
