Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Bake, covered, for 15 minutes in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
    Drain broth.
    Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, basil or oregano and optional pepper sauce.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Pour heated sauce over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
