Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped apples (Granny Smith green)
1 c. Crisco oil (only!)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix well, pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
