Hamburger Quiche(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 lite ground chuck
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown ground chuck; add green pepper and onion.
Cook until tender; drain off fat.
Mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Add beef, cheese and salt.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into uncooked pastry shell and bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
It's ready when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
