Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped, raw apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured tube pan or make three 9-inch layers. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
