Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
    1 can crushed pineapple (16 oz. drained)
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. dried apricots
Preparation
    Note:
    About 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans for outside coating.
