Ingredients

4 to 5 large onions (sweet)
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt, pepper and curry powder to taste
Preparation

Peel onions and cut into even thin slices. Heat margarine in large skillet. Add onions; toss until coated with margarine. Do not brown. Add vinegar, brown sugar and curry powder. Blend well. Add parsley. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until glazed. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Serve hot as a side dish or cook as an appetizer. Can be used in greens or potato salad.
