Erin'S Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box orange sugar-free Jell-O
    12 oz. cottage cheese (I use fat-free)
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip (I use light)
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with cottage cheese until well blended.
    Add fruit; be sure oranges and pineapple are drained well.
    Mix well and fold in Cool Whip.
    Makes a great low-cal, cool salad.
