Zucchini-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. carrots, grated medium
    1 c. zucchini, grated medium and drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pans (three 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 3-inch if double).
    In large bowl, beat eggs with oil.
    Stir in sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Blend into egg and oil, etc. and add raisins.
    Bake 1 hour or until tested with toothpick. Remove from pan and cool.
