Rigatoni And Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rigatoni
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Prepare rigatoni according to package directions. Melt margarine.
    Add flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Do not brown.
    Stir in milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Cook until smooth and thickened.
    Pour sauce over hot rigatoni and mix gently.
    Sprinkle peas on top and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
