Homemade Muenster Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 gal. fresh milk
2 c. thick buttermilk
1/2 cheese rennet tablet
3/4 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Don't let new small potatoes go to waste.
Scrape them or if you want to do a basketful or more, fill your washing machine with cold water and let it run to clean them.
Pack them in jars; add water and 1 teaspoon salt to each quart.
Cold pack 3 hours.
