Apricot Almond Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 to 10 oz.) wedge Brie cheese
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
Preparation

Remove top rind from cheese; place cheese on serving plate. In a small saucepan, combine preserves and liqueur.
Heat until mixture is hot, but not boiling.
Pour some of the sauce over cheese (save remainder for adding later, if desired).
Sprinkle almonds over top.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
