Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/3 c. Minute rice
 
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 chicken breasts, halved or other chicken parts
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/8 c. sherry
4 Tbsp. melted butter
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
- 
                            Mix rice, soup mix, soup, water and wine in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
 
Let stand 10 minutes.
Put chicken parts on top. Brush with butter.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour until chicken is done.
