Cranberry Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can pitted tart red cherries
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain cherries. Reserve juice. Set cherries aside. Add water to juice to measure 1 cup. Transfer to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add cherry gelatin; stir until dissolved. Whisk in cranberry sauce until smooth. Add cherries; pour into an 11 x 7 pan. Refrigerate until firm.
