Plan Ahead Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. pinto beans (dry)
    2 medium brown onions, chopped
    3 large green chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded or canned green chiles
    1 tsp. salt

    Note:
    Sprouting the beans helps to remove some of the gas and also brings in extra nutrients.
