Bread Stuffing For Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. crumbled old bread
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 to 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 c. giblet stock or water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft but not brown.
    Combine with the bread, seasonings and stock.
