Chinese Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb.)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3 green onions (with tops)
    1 medium carrot
    2 Tbsp. brown bean sauce
    2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 2 x 1/2-inch strips.
    Toss chicken, cornstarch, salt and white pepper in glass or plastic bowl. Cover.
    Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
