Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can condensed beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil and cook beef and onion until meat is browned.
    Drain fat off, then add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    Add mushrooms with liquid.
    Combine sour cream and flour; blend into meat mixture.
    Continue cooking about 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Cook noodles to package directions.
    Drain; serve stroganoff over hot cooked noodles.
