Teriyaki Steak Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 c. undiluted beef consomme
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp.\tseasoned or regular salt
    1/4 c. chopped scallions with tops (or use onion salt)
    1 clove garlic, minced or garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients
    (except flank steak).\tMarinate flank steak overnight.
    Grill.
