Coleslaw Superb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, onion, green pepper and sugar.
    In saucepan, combine 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, celery seed, dry mustard, water, vinegar and oil.
    Bring to a boil; pour over vegetables.
    Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Keeps for 3 weeks.
