Low-Fat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground carrots
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix the first eight ingredients.
Heat to boil and then simmer 5 minutes.
Cool to warm and add flour, soda and salt.
Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until done.
