Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 1/2 c. water
    2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. rice
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage; pour off grease.
    Bring water to boil.
    Add soup; boil for 7 minutes.
    Add to sausage and vegetables.
    Pour into greased casserole pan; sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
