Italian Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil (not butter)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 cakes (Tbsp.) yeast
    2 large eggs
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
    Pour over oil, sugar and salt. Cook
    until
    only
    lukewarm.
    Dissolve
    yeast in 1/3 c. warm water.
    Add
    to
    cooled mixture along with the eggs and 3 cups flour.
    Stir
    until
    smooth.
    Add
    remaining 3 cups flour and blend in.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.
    Shape
    into rolls and place on greased pans (I use 9 x 13-inch pans).
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
