Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion or scallion
1 pkg. frozen green peas
salt
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
grated Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Mix salt, sugar and mayonnaise and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon.
Refrigerate overnight.
