Cathy'S Crab Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can or pkg. crabmeat
    3 c. toasted croutons
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Drain crabmeat.
    Spread layer of croutons in buttered 9-inch square casserole.
    Sprinkle with crabmeat, then cheese.
    Layer 2 times, ending with cheese layer.
    Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake in oven preheated to 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Check for doneness by inserting knife in center.
    Will come out clean when finished.
    Sprinkle bacon on top about 10 minutes before finished baking.
