Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage
    mushrooms (optional)
    1 Tbsp. basil
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    olive oil
Preparation
    Brown meats; drain.
    Saute garlic in oil.
    Add mushrooms, basil, oregano, tomatoes, paste, salt, pepper, sugar, 1 cup water and meat.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
