Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk
1 loaf bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg and sugar.
Add milk and vanilla.
Sprinkle cinnamon on and beat.
Set mixture aside. Break bread into bite size pieces in a bowl.
Pour water over bread; make soggy.
Squeeze water out of bread by handfuls.
Put all bread in baking dish.
Pour egg and milk mixture over it. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
