Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients until smooth.
Add flour and milk. Mix in slowly.
Put on a small frying pan with Crisco, 1/4 cup crepe batter.
Flip and fry both sides until golden brown.
