Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Form patties and coat with seafood breader.
    Pan-fry.
