Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 can milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut or chocolate (optional)
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Mix 1 cup plain flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces and 1 stick melted butter.
    Press in bottom of 12-inch rectangular Pyrex (or 10-inch round).
    Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until light brown.
    Chill or allow to cool completely.
