Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. cooked hot dogs
    6 scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chives
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. chopped dill
    1 1/2 c. cooked peeled cubed potatoes
    mayonnaise (to moisten the mixture)
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Use only enough mayonnaise to moisten the mixture.
    Chill well about 1 to 5 hours before serving.
