Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Gradually mix the ingredients, except cracker crumbs and melted margarine, together into a large bowl, then pour into a casserole bowl.
Add the crushed crackers evenly on top, then spread the melted margarine evenly on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
