Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs (I use 7 or 8)
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Cook sausage and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    When set in the middle it is ready to eat.
    Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
