Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 scant Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. canned milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. dry Gallo sherry
Preparation
    Cook butter and onion until tender.
    Add flour until mixed well.
    Add milk, salt and pepper and cook until thickens a little. Add sherry and crab meat.
