Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. hash brown potato mix with onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes. Stir in potatoes.
    Pour into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
